Seeburg Consolette SC-1 Wallbox

I am using this wallbox , but the other night I can't seem to turn the title holder pages, the first page will turn and that's about it. I hadn't any problem with the before. I never really looked at the way the pages are turned at the back of the assembly. There is a plastic tube with fins on it on a metal shaft, there is a fin corresponding to each page. I am not sure whether each fin should move independently of the other. Would someone know about this or have a wallbox they could look at to verify. Have attached a picture of the plastic tube with fins at the back of the assembly

Is there anyone with this type of wall box if they could verify whether the plastic tube with the individual fins on the metal shaft can move independently,

Or maybe someone with this type of wallbox could verify if the white plastic sleeve around the shaft at the back of the title holders can be moved independently of the metal rod
