Wurlitzer Lyric F 1970 mech problems

Hello all,

I have a problem with a Lyric F from 1970. When the single is placed on the turntable the gripperarm does not go far enough. The instructions from the manual can't help me. Anyone recognizes this problem? Can this be wear? If so, what should I replace ? Everything looks normal ... Any tips are welcome.
