NSM City II carriage problem! Help!

Sorry that I have to write in english, but i took only 2weeks of german in school, 20 years ago :). You can reply in german if you like and I can use Google translate.

I'm trying to fix a NSM City II jukebox. The jukebox turns on, let's me select a record, but when the motor starts spinning to move the carrier, it spins in the wrong direction.

When I manually press the switch operating the direction, nothing happens.

Any ideas where to start looking for the fault?

Have the carriage the Shure or the Ortofon Pickup ?
